Get Inspired, Grab you Camera and go for a Walk

Today I went out for a walk, It is a great way to get inspiration. Grabbing my camera helps me to see things in a new light.
Do not let the ideas stay in your Brain, take a chance. Take a walk and try new techniques get inspired.
The more pictures you take, the more confident you will become. Keep your eyes open. (Click to Tweet)
The colours, textures, shapes and movement, even the smells, opens up a whole new world of ideas just waiting to be discovered.

I thank You God for most this amazing
day: for the leaping greenly spirits of trees
and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes

Get Inspired, Grab you Camera and go for a Walk

Here are a few photography tips

  • Keep a journal to write your thoughts and the things you see, maybe even some of the things you want to try in future shots.
  • Try new angles, lie on ground or climb up high. Look at your subject a whole new way!
  • Check out different lights, there is beauty everywhere
  • Overcast skies provide wonderful even light. On Sunny days, make sure you notice your shadows. They make wonderful pictures!

  1. Wonderful shots you have here – I love the tree couple. 🙂 I like to take pictures in nature, and sometimes of ruined old things (junked cars, old barns), old buildings, historical sites. I try to look at a subject from different angles as well. You can get some amazing shots that way.

  2. Thanks Karen! I love trees and old things I love old farmsteads and there is so much history to see and you can almost feel it in the building!
